Olubunmi Akinyemi owns and runs the downtown Atlanta personal fitness mecca Jungle Fitness. Akinyemi wanted to create new personal training experience for those who take their physical fitness seriously. Akinyemi researches and develops some of the personal training techniques that his trainers use to help customers attain a level of physical prowess they never thought possible. Akinyemi has always been interested in strength training and workouts since his days playing soccer in Nigeria. He is always working to improve the physical training processes offered by his skilled and exquisitely trained personal trainers in his employ.
Jungle Fitness in Atlanta offers personal training sessions by appointment only. Customers sign up for personalized, one-on-one help with their fitness goals. Olubunmi Akinyemi made sure that the personal trainers’ schedules are almost always open to new clients. Most trainers are available from as early as 5am until as late as 9pm on most weekdays. Many trainers are also available on the weekends as well. Most of his clients at Jungle Fitness work with their trainers three to five times a week on strength, core, and flexibility training and do their “homework” of additional cardio training as prescribed by their trainers.
